1 FEINFILTER

The fine filter consists of a cartridge filter unit mounted in the front part of the collection container. The filter elements are BIA dust class M cartridge filters. During the tipping process, the filters are mechanically protected against lateral forces. The residual dust content is <10 mg/m³ and is therefore within the legal requirements. Automatic cleaning is carried out with compressed air. For this purpose, the filters on the clean room side are subjected to short blasts of compressed air. The adhering filter cake falls down and is disposed of when the filter is tilted. The filter unit can be removed from the container in two blocks.

2 SEPARATION SYSTEM

The internationally patented RSP air guidance and separation system guarantees maximum gravity separation, minimum filter load and therefore consistently high suction performance. All essential particles are separated in the collection chamber due to air stabilization and rotation. Smaller particles (sand) are eliminated from the air flow in the downstream separation chamber. Residual dust that reaches the filter is dried considerably. This enables effective cleaning of the fine filters. In addition to the central collection chamber, the separation chamber and ultra-fine filter are also emptied during tipping.

3 HOSE CARRIER

The four different RSP hose carriers with additional extension options are equipped with the RSP clamp system. Thanks to the compatibility with various accessories, a wide range of suction tasks can be carried out. The four movable joints and a reach of six meters make it easy to work from a safe location. The suction hose is firmly guided from the cover to the suction crown and can therefore be positioned precisely at the suction point. The fully hydraulically guided articulated hose carrier is the optimum solution for problem-free work without extensions at distances between 0 and 6 meters.
With a swivel range of 180°, the RSP articulated hose carrier has been specially adapted to the conditions on the construction site. This allows the machine to work safely even where space is limited.

4 RADIO REMOTE CONTROL

It allows you to work from the optimum location. All boom movements, emptying functions, suction operation, separate compressor operation, filter cleaning and drive motor start/stop can be controlled via the joysticks. The hose carriers are moved proportionally and therefore more sensitively via the deflection of the joysticks. A charger with spare battery is installed in the cab. The scope of delivery also includes a second, identical transmitter as a replacement.

5 SOUND INSULATION SYSTEM

The Silence Kit noticeably reduces noise pollution. The kit includes sound insulation on the underside of the container and insulation of the side walls behind the container cladding. The fan housing also has optimized sound insulation. It is fitted with 50 % thicker insulating material than the standard version and is completely sealed and insulated at the bottom. The noise protection package is only possible in conjunction with the M20 option (side cladding of the container).

6 VENTILATOR

The installed fans are at the heart of the suction excavator technology. The high-performance fans specially developed with RSP enable maximum performance values with the longest service life. RSP relies on high-precision balancing quality and optimum connection and start-up conditions, as these significantly determine the service life of the fan. Our fans are started up slowly via a clutch; this automatically results in a much lower load on the drive motor and increases the service life.

7 COMPRESSOR

The compressor is installed in every machine as standard, but as it is not required during the suction process, the compressed air supply is demand-controlled. Compressor capacities of 3.0 – 4.5 m³/min are available depending on requirements. When designing your machine, the hydraulic system is individually adapted to the suction tasks depending on the requirements.

8 MATERIAL CONTAINER

With a total of four container sizes and the option of equipping them with stainless steel wear plates, you have the perfect conditions to do your job really well. The 4 m³ container size was specially developed for two-axle vehicles with an overall width of 2.30 m. This compact size and the tipping axle height of 2.10 m allow the container to be emptied onto smaller transport vehicles. The 6 m³ container is particularly suitable for vehicle chassis with a short wheelbase. The 8 m³ container offers more loading volume and therefore more effective work. It is the optimum size for all 3- and 4-axle chassis. This is most frequently used for suction work in civil engineering. The 10 m³ container is designed for very special suction tasks, for example in industrial plants, which require a large container volume.

9 ACCESSORY HOLDER

The various brackets for nozzle or hose extensions enable safe transportation. Mounting on the rear of the vehicle ensures easy handling. The brackets are supplied galvanized.
