Your order is our project. To keep you up to date, our project managers will keep you informed of the current status before and during production. They are also the link between design and production.
Standard or customized, we can do both. The basis for this is an efficient 3D design with experienced employees. In addition to standard models, we offer our customers a range of special designs for very specific areas of application. Even individual solutions are quickly implemented by our experienced employees.
Our products impress with their long service life. This is due to the selection of high-quality materials and material thicknesses. In steel construction, all important components are mounted on the carrier chassis, aligned and bearing points drilled before painting. Every customer has the opportunity to influence special designs of their machine as part of a body-in-white inspection.
After sandblasting, the metal surfaces are degreased before being painted with 2-component paint in the customer’s desired color. In addition to gloss coatings, we are also able to offer a special high-strength construction machinery coating.
The machines are handed over to the customers and training measures are carried out in the in-house delivery center. Here, customers can take delivery of the machines in a quiet atmosphere. Being close to our customers is of particular importance to us. It still characterizes the philosophy of our company today. Our goal is close cooperation with our business partners.
We already pay attention to high-quality components when selecting our suppliers. Regular quality checks are carried out between the individual production stages. After completion, each individual machine is checked by an internal and external quality control. All these measures help us to meet our high quality standards.
We attach great importance to the strict separation of work areas with a lot of dirt and a clean final assembly area. This is the basis for high quality. The machines are manufactured at four final assembly stations in a modern and safe working environment. Special workstations for hydraulics and electrics ensure a smooth workflow. We deliberately use mixed teams of young and old. Each team is responsible for the final assembly of the assigned machine. All production steps and components are recorded and archived electronically.
