Raik Flämig joins the management team at RSP on November 1, 2023.
RSP GmbH & Co KG, the world’s leading specialist for mobile and stationary suction excavators, is laying the foundations for further growth in the 30th year of the company’s history and is broadening its management structure.
Raik Flämig joined the management team on November 1 and has been managing the Thuringian family business alongside Anne Graber and Patrick Renger since then. In Raik Flämig, the company has gained a proven industry expert who has made a name for himself in leading positions at leading technology companies over the past decades.
After training as a car mechanic, the Zwickau native studied business administration in Chemnitz and Salamanca (Spain). This was followed by managerial positions at ESKA Automotive in Chemnitz and at Jenoptik AG in the field of automation technology, where he subsequently became head of strategic group marketing. For the last 14 years, Raik Flämig has been responsible for the drive technology business unit of ZOLLERN GmbH & Co. KG (Baden-Württemberg) with production sites in Germany and China, as well as marketing and international sales for the entire ZOLLERN Group.
RSP GmbH & Co KG is part of the R&G Group, which has grown strongly in recent years through strategic acquisitions – most recently with the takeover of the Dutch suction dredger manufacturer Amphitec. With the addition of Raik Flämig to the management team, Anne Graber and Patrick Renger will continue to drive forward the strategic expansion of the R&G Group into a technology-independent suction excavator specialist.
