2.1 Data that you provide to us
2.1.1 For general inquiries
When you send us inquiries, we process your name, contact details (e.g. telephone number, e-mail address and postal address) and any other information you provide when filling in forms or other data fields on our website. This includes information that you provide when you:
- submit a request for a specific product;

2.1.2 When using our spare parts catalog
To use our online spare parts catalog, you must have a user account registered by us or log in to your existing user account. When you create your user account and place an order, we process your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number (if applicable), part number, description, quantity and other comments that you provide to us.
2.1.3 With the sending of application documents
If you submit relevant application documents to us as an applicant, for example by e-mail or via a web form on our website, we process your personal data for the purpose of carrying out the application process. If your application is not in response to an advertised position, but as a so-called unsolicited application, you consent to your inclusion in our applicant pool at the same time. Applications in the applicant pool will be stored for a period of one year from receipt of the application. You can revoke your consent to this at any time with effect for the future (see section 8.2).
Within RSP, only those departments that need your data to process your application will have access to it. Service providers used by us may also receive data for these purposes if they maintain data secrecy and undertake to comply with our written data protection instructions, among other things.
2.2 General data that we collect when you use this website
When you visit our website, a range of general data is collected and stored in log files. The browser types and versions used, the operating system used by the accessing system, the website from which an accessing system accesses our website (so-called referrer), the resources you access, the date and time of access to the website, an Internet protocol address (IP address), the Internet service provider of the accessing system and other comparable data and information that enable us to avert danger in the event of attacks on our website may be recorded.
When using this general data, we do not draw any conclusions about the data subject. Rather, this data is required to correctly deliver the contents of our website, to optimize the presentation of the contents of our website, to ensure the long-term functionality of our website and to provide law enforcement authorities with the information necessary for prosecution in the event of a cyber attack.
This pseudonymously collected data is therefore evaluated by us both statistically and with the aim of increasing data protection and data security in order to ultimately ensure an adequate level of protection for the personal data processed by us. The pseudonymous data of the server log files are stored separately from all personal data provided by a data subject.
2.3 Data that we collect to analyze and improve website usage using cookies or comparable analysis tools
We use cookies on this website. Cookies are text files that are placed and stored on a computer system via an Internet browser.
Many cookies contain a so-called cookie ID, a unique identifier. It consists of a string of characters that can be used to assign websites and servers to the specific Internet browser in which the cookie was stored. This enables the websites visited to distinguish the individual browser of a data subject from other Internet browsers that contain other cookies. For further information on the scope, purpose and other recipients of cookie-based data processing, please refer to our Consent Management Tool, which you can access via the links below.
Please provide your consent ID and the date when you contact us regarding your consent.

The data stored in the context of Salesviewer will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for its intended purpose and the deletion does not conflict with any statutory retention obligations.
The legal basis for this data processing is your consent pursuant to Section 25 (1) TTDSG and Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a GDPR.
You can object to the collection and storage of data at any time with effect for the future by clicking on this link here to prevent the collection by SalesViewer® within this website in the future. 3 Is personal data transferred to a third country?
With some of the cookie-based data processing on this website, data may also be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”).
Please note that if you give your consent in our Consent Management Tool in Google Analytics, you also consent to a transfer to the third country USA in accordance with Art. 49 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR. In particular, there is a risk that your cookie-related data will be processed by US authorities for control and monitoring purposes, possibly without any legal recourse.
There is no adequacy decision by the EU Commission for this country, as there are no data protection regulations there that are comparable to those in the EU (so-called third countries).
4 How long do we store your data?
RSP processes and stores personal data of data subjects only for as long as this is necessary to fulfill the purpose or as required by law.
If RSP concludes an employment contract with the applicant, the transmitted data will be stored by RSP for the purpose of processing the employment relationship in compliance with the statutory provisions, otherwise the application documents will be deleted or anonymized no later than five months after notification of the rejection decision, provided that deletion or anonymization does not conflict with any other legitimate interests of the data controller. Another legitimate interest in this sense is, for example, a burden of proof in proceedings under the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG).
Retention periods under commercial and tax law may also prevent deletion. The retention and documentation periods specified there are up to ten years. If the storage purpose no longer applies or if a legally prescribed storage period expires, the personal data is routinely restricted or deleted in accordance with the statutory provisions, unless it is used as evidence.
