RSP offers every customer the option of configuring the appropriate suction power for their application from the standard product range, from single fans to quadruple fans. The service life is significantly influenced by the connection and start-up conditions as well as the balancing quality and smooth running. The new double fan is an excellent choice, as the previous model already impressed our customers with its durability and performance.
MANY EFFORTS AND ONE GOAL
The installed fans are at the heart of the suction excavator technology. The high-performance fans specially developed by RSP enable maximum performance values with the longest service life. RSP relies on high-precision balancing quality and optimum connection and start-up conditions, as these have a decisive influence on the service life of the fan. Our fans are started up slowly via a clutch; this automatically results in a much lower load on the drive motor and increases the service life.
WE SET NEW STANDARDS IN FUEL CONSUMPTION.
Thanks to continuous further development, test runs and performance optimization, our fans achieve extremely low emission values. Further savings potential results from the vehicle-specific transmission ratio of the fan. This enables enormous fuel savings, particularly in the three different performance levels. We specifically use new, high-quality materials in the construction of the fan in order to drastically minimize weight and maximize efficiency. These are the most economical, reliable and durable fans we have ever built.
