The articulated hose carrier

NO MATTER WHERE YOU VACUUM, PERFECTLY ADAPTED TO THE REQUIREMENTS.

The RSP hose carriers with additional extension options are equipped with the RSP clamp system. Thanks to the compatibility with various accessories, a wide range of suction tasks can be carried out.

THE OPTIMAL WORKING AREA

The four movable joints and a reach of six meters make it easy to work from a safe location. The suction hose is firmly guided from the cover to the suction crown and can therefore be positioned precisely at the suction point. The fully hydraulically guided articulated hose carrier is the optimum solution for problem-free work without extensions at distances between 0 and 6 meters. With a swivel range of 180°, the RSP articulated hose carrier has been specially adapted to construction site conditions. This allows the machine to work safely even where space is limited. The RSP suction hoses have been specially developed for high loads. They offer sufficient flexibility in daily use and the generous hose diameter of 250 mm allows effective suction of coarse and heavy suction material.

THE NEW ARTICULATED HOSE CARRIER OF THE ESE 8

In order to increase the working range but still keep it flexible, it has one more joint and is installed centrally at the rear of the machine. This has increased the working range by 20 % and is the first symmetrical design on a suction excavator. RSP Smart Control enables automatic positioning of the articulated hose carrier in the working or transport position with unprecedented precision at the touch of a button.

During horizontal and vertical movements, the position of the last boom link in the respective axis is kept constant by automatic readjustment of the other links. This makes working even safer and more comfortable.

TELESCOPIC HOSE CARRIERS IN VARIOUS DESIGNS

The telescopic boom flange-mounted to the rear of the suction superstructure has a reach of 3.50 m. It can be moved hydraulically on three levels. It can be moved hydraulically in three planes. The suction hose is deflected vertically via two steel wheels attached to the end of the telescopic boom. A catch bracket secures the suction hose during suction. The telescopic boom is placed in a safety fork in the transport position and the suction hose is secured with a rope. The telescopic boom on the ESE 1 works in a similar way, see illustration.
