Whistleblower system

We would like to be informed about unlawful conduct in our company so that we can clarify and stop such behavior. We therefore encourage everyone – whether employees, former colleagues, customers, suppliers or third parties – to inform us of any legal violations. Any person is entitled to submit information. In particular, it is irrelevant whether you are an employee, business partner or third party.

The submission of notices is not bound to specific forms. In particular, these notifications can be made in person, by telephone, fax or e-mail.

You are welcome to use our online reporting form for your information.

You can track the status of your notification here.

Of course, you can also submit your information anonymously. We ask that you then describe the case in particular detail. If possible, you can provide us with documents, photos or videos that support your suspicions. We will follow up the information immediately. Please mark your mail with -CONFIDENTIAL-.

Notes:

The whistleblower system is used exclusively to receive and process reports of actual or suspected violations of laws, guidelines or the Code of Conduct as well as other internal company guidelines. In particular, it is not available for general complaints or for product and warranty inquiries. Only those reports should be submitted where the whistleblower is in good faith that the facts he/she has reported are correct. He is not in good faith if he is aware that a reported fact is untrue. In the event of doubt, the relevant facts should not be presented as fact, but as an assumption, assessment or statement by other persons. It should be noted that a whistleblower may be liable to prosecution if, contrary to his better knowledge, he asserts untrue facts about other persons.

All information, including references to the whistleblower, will be processed confidentially and in accordance with the applicable laws.

All information, regardless of its truthfulness, is likely to damage the reputation of the person concerned, the whistleblower and/or third parties as well as the company to the highest degree. We will therefore treat them with particular confidentiality over and above the obligations arising from the data protection laws.
